ADULT/CHILD KNITTING

Now you can learn along with your child (or someone else’s child) a wonderful craft that will bring both of you pleasure and a lifetime’s worth of bonding opportunities. Some adults share their love of sports with kids. Knitting is a skill/art that is equally shareable. Whether working on a joint project for a loved one, helping each other with a new technique, or going on a knitting cruise (yes, there ARE knitting cruises), knitting is something that can be shared and done together. Be prepared: kids usually pick up skills faster than adults! But kids are usually very kind about helping their adults.

Saturdays, Nov 2, 9, 16 & 23: 10:30-12pm

$175 per “couple” (materials not included)

PROJECT KNITTING & CROCHET

We’re trying something new this year! We’ve found that people just want to come in and work on their projects, get some help and support along the way, and also have a couple of hours to sit and relax and socialize with fellow stitchers. Many friendships have developed over the years between people who have met around our table!

We’re now offering Project Knitting and Crochet (almost) every Thursday morning between 10:30-12. We’re offering the option of paying for four or more sessions, with the rate discounted for six or eight sessions as follows:

4 sessions: $100
6 sessions: $132
8 sessions: $152

We’ll be meeting about 13 times starting in September and going through December. We’ll continue after the new year, so no worries about missing sessions. You can purchase as many as you want and attend when you want!

Thursdays, Sept 12, 19, Oct 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov 7, 14 & 21, Dec 5, 12 & 19: 10:30-12pm
